Derek Hoeferlin and Team win Rising Tides Competition
Derek Hoeferlin (Dutch Dialogues participant, Gutter to Gulf co-founder with Jane Wolff and Elise Shelley of the University of Toronto, and Washington University in St. Louis senior lecturer), with collaborators Ian Caine and Michael Heller, has won the Rising Tides competition for re-imagining water management in the San Francisco Bay Area.
