On August 19th, 2010, David Waggonner presented Dutch Dialogue water management proposals to an influential group of regional planners and officials at the Smart Growth Summit, hosted by the Center for Planning Excellence in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. From the CPEX website:

Derek Hoeferlin, Senior Lecturer at the Sam Fox School of Design at Washington University in St. Louis, presented his Gutter to Gulf studio’s related work on water planning created in collaboration with the University of Toronto.
